Sentences containing има conform to the typical communicative referential characteristics of existential sentences, while sentences containing съм realize peripheral models in the domain of existence. Semantic and pragmatic properties of съм-sentences are described in comparison to similar structures with има. Contrasts with Russian verbal and non-verbal existential sentences reveal the lack of exact parallelism between Bulgarian and Russian in the domain of existence.</style>
</record></records></xml>
